Grammy award-winning singer-songwriter, Regina Belle, will host the grand opening of the intimate DuBois Theatre Cafe to introduce "Deaf Welcome Music," at 8 p.m. Friday at the Deaf Welcome Center, 206 N. Sgt. Stanley Hoffman Blvd. in Lehighton.
