Tamaqua Police have released a list of "quality of life" zoning ordinance violations that were issued last week.

Cited for violating the rubbish/garbage ordinance were: Kerry Titus, 310 N. Railroad St., multiple violations totaling fines of $150; Thomas Sloand, 312 N. Railroad St., first violation, $25 fine: Joseph Reppert, 419 Pine St., first violation, $25 fine; Anthony Boyle, 653 Arlington St., first violation, $25 fine; Robert Rossi, 126 Clay St., first violation, $25 fine; David Moerder, 128 Clay St., first violation, $25 fine.Cited for having indoor appliances placed outdoors were: Sean Hegarty, 316 N. Railroad St., first violation, $25 fine; Cynthia Moser, 122 Clay St., first violation, $25 fine.
