Colonial Regional Police, Bethlehem, have reported the arrest of Taryn Depos, 28, of 129 E. Phillips St., Coaldale, for shoplifting and providing false information to law enforcement officials.

Police said they were called to the Wegman's store at 12:18 p.m. Sept. 19 after the store's asset protection personnel observed Depos concealing $37.54 worth of cosmetics in her purse.After she was stopped for leaving the store without paying for the items, Depos identified herself as a Nicole Hazlett. After the investigation, police identified Depos and she was arraigned and committed to the Northampton County Prison.
