Virtually all schools have concerts and plays.
Harmony Scholars, which will be held at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the Panther Valley High School auditorium is different.
Advisor and director Kathy Crampsie describes it as a "parody of songs." There are 20 numbers ranging from Broadway to "Saturday Night Live." All have lip-syncing.
For each selection, students do the lip-syncing to skits, wearing outlandish outfits.
In some, boys dress as girls, wearing short dresses and wigs. It's all about fun.
"This was started in 1992," said Crampsie, who has been involved for over 20 years.
Sharing the duties of director is Patty Vito.
