Schuylkill County Coroner Dr. David J. Moylan, who is challenging U.S. Rep Matt Cartwright,  revealed today at a press conference that he had a DUI charge 19 years

agoMoylan, 63, was charged with the DUI on May 16, 1995.He was admitted to ARD on Jan. 18, 1996. He said he’s had a clean record since that time.He said he was young and foolish at the time.
