State police at the Lehighton barracks said a mailbox was leveled by a vehicle in a criminal mischief incident that happened at 8:30 a.m. Sept. 29 in Polk Township, Monroe County.

The incident happened at the Lalli residence, 3309 Aspen Road.Police said a witness told them they overheard a woman and a male arguing in the area of Aspen and Pleasant View drives, after which time the man entered a white sedan vehicle and proceeded to drive over the mailbox, fleeing the scene in an unknown direction.
