State police at Fern Ridge reported on two crashes investigated by troopers.
A one-vehicle crash was reported about 2:52 p.m. on Nov. 22 along White Church Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County. Troopers said Howard A. Kresge, 82, of Saylorsburg, was driving a 1999 Chrysler Cirrus northbound and attempted to make a right-hand turn at the "T" intersection with Warner Drive, and failed to complete the turn.
His vehicle traveled into a ditch on the southbound side of the road with the front end impacting with the ditch.
Kresge sustained a minor injury but did not require immediate medical attention.
A one-vehicle crash occurred about 2:24 a.m. on Nov. 23 along Interstate 80 in Kidder Township, Carbon County. Troopers said Aneudy D. Emcarnacion, 20, of Hazleton, was driving a 2004 Nissan Altima westbound when he traveled off the left shoulder, for unknown reasons, and into the center median where the vehicle struck the bottom of a ditch.
Emcarnacion and his passenger, Pedro E. Torres Jr., 26, also of Hazleton, were not injured. Damages were disabling to the vehicle which had to be towed.
Troopers cited Emcarnacion for maximum speed limits.
