McAdoo police have charged Heather Breeland, 27, of McAdoo, with three counts of driving under the influence in connection with an incident on Oct. 12. Two of the charges involved alcohol, while the third was for DUI of a controlled substance.

Blood tests indicate she had a .152 percent blood alcohol content, almost twice the legal limit of .08.She was also charged with driving with an expired registration, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, and failure to meet general lighting requirements.
