A Schuylkill County female is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident at Kohl's Department Store, located in the Fairlane Village Mall, in Norwegian Township.

State police at Schuylkill Haven alleges that Lucero Martinezalvarez-Pineda, 42, of Pine Grove, removed several clothing items valued at $127.78 from the store. She was apprehended by store security, but fled after questioning. The defendant's vehicle registration was provided and she was later located and charged.The incident occurred about 4:26 pm. on Friday, March 22.
