For many, summer is a time to motivate themselves into a more healthy active lifestyle. Taking on such a task, visitors and members of the Tamaqua YMCA were encouraged recently to compete with each other at the Schuylkill Mall and at the Tamaqua YMCA Center with a number of exhausting exercises.
