The body of Private First Class Richard D. Whiteman, son of Mrs. Ruth Whiteman, 137 S. First St., Lehighton, is one of 341 Americans who lost their lives as a result of fighting in Korea to be returned to the United States aboard the Navajo Victory, the Department of Defense announced today. The vessel is expected to arrive at the San Francisco port of Embarcation sometime tomorrow.
