A Schuylkill County man is accused of stealing radiators from a scrap yard, then returning a few days later trying to sell the stolen items back to the victim.

State police at Frackville said Chad Belsak, 44, of New Ringgold, has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

According to troopers between 1:30 and 8:30 a.m. Dec. 3, Belsak entered JW Zaprazny Inc., 2401 Summer Valley Road, in New Ringgold, and removed vehicle radiators which were on the ground. On Friday, he returned to the scrap yard and attempted to sell the radiators for cash.
