Brian Scott Fritz, 37, of 335 Hazle St., Tamaqua, has been cited by Tamaqua Police.

Officers were on patrol at 2:12 a.m. on Sunday, when they saw a man and woman arguing near the iron steps by Rowe and Berwick streets. When the woman walked away, the man turned around and kicked the front bumper on a parked vehicle. The officer stopped the man, identified as Fritz, and noted a strong odor of alcohol and several signs of intoxication.Fritz was cited for criminal mischief and public drunkenness.
