Carbon County Environmental Education Center presents "Sensational Spring," at 10 a.m. Monday, March 26. There will be a short hike to look for signs of spring. Games, songs, and other activities will be used during the program.

The program is open to all 2, 3 and 4 year olds. Each session focuses on some aspect of the natural world. Children participate in age appropriate games, crafts, stories and other activities. Bundle up for a short hike on the property.The center is located at the west end of Mauch Chunk Lake park, just outside of Jim Thorpe, along Lentz Trail.
