State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a theft incident that happened between midnight July 14 and 8;30 a.m. July 19 in Polk Township.

The victim is Orhan Kricic, 52, of Saylorsburg.The incident happened at 1 Fairgrounds Road in the township when someone removed a clock-operated switch defrost timer from the victim's property. The timer is valued at $230.
