A Lehigh County woman is facing charges following an incident that occurred about 9:57 p.m. on Saturday, April 30, at the corner of Adams St. and Jefferson Court, in Lynn Township.

State police at Fogelsville said Lisa Rice, 46, of New Tripoli, was at the above-stated location causing a disturbance. She was told to stop shouting but refused. She was intoxicated and when troopers attempted to handcuff her she struggled with them.She repeatedly removed her seat belt while being transported to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. At the hospital she continued to be disorderly in the emergency room and refused medical treatment.She was arrested for resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, troopers said.
