As part of her Silver Award, Victoria Carrell, 13, of Tamaqua Girl Scout Troop 1211, Service Unit 310, decided to organize and revitalize Centennial Park, a small resting park located on East Sherman Street in McAdoo. Victoria said the complete revitalization of the park will take a few more months.
