State police at Fern Ridge are investigating a burglary at a Carbon County residence. Troopers also reported on a theft from a vehicle incident.

The break-in occurred at the home of Robert Arnold, 26 Thomas Rd., Towamensing Trails, Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township. Unknown persons entered the home and apparently played some games on the victim's game console and then took a small pendant and fled the scene. The incident occurred sometime between Jan. 16 at 11 a.m. and Jan. 18 at 8 p.m.Sergio Torres, of Stroudsburg, reported his vehicle was entered while parked at 6441B Twin Pines Rd., Jackson Township, Monroe County, and removed were two GPS units and a pair of Oakley sun glasses. The incident occurred sometime between 10:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 and 9 a.m. on Jan. 10.Anyone with information on either incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 646-2271.
