Mallard Markets in Lehighton has donated $1,073.39 to the Trinity Lutheran Food Pantry, which is also in Lehighton. Half the money was raised through customer donations. Frank Kuhn, owner of Mallard, matched the collected total with a $500 contribution. In addition, he gave a $50 gift card to a major electronics retailer to the clerk who netted the most food bank donations.
