A Lehighton area man, who had an outstanding arrest warrant in Dauphin County, was arrested after crashing his car into a utility pole on Jamestown Drive, Mahoning Township Thursday. Matthew Karabinos, 26, who was uninjured in the accident, was cited for driving without insurance and after the investigating officer ran an NCIC check, it was found that Karabinos was wanted by state police in Dauphin County.
