As a former employee of Eastern Comfort Assisted Living in Palmerton and Slatington I am commenting on Steve Mie thiswer mgas comment that it is the employees fault when he says Emplyees he should refer to the right Employees lets start with him he is right he was never there but answer me this how do you run an establishment with out ever being present you never came there fore it really is your fault for not putting enough ijnterest in your facility to know what was going on there. Now lets get to the other put of the problem the Administrator Dianne Deemer......She is another part of the problem she in fact is a huge part of the problem ...... she too shows up at theses facilities when it is convienent for her she puts all her responsibilities off on the supervisor........i would like to say though iworked with alot of those employees as steve said and i have to tell you that most of them very hard working and did their job for the best of their abaility yet at the same time were criticized for the work load that was put on them while other workers like the night shift slept on their shift and left the day shift to take the heat for the work not being done...... their was soooo much wrong wirth that place but believe me the Adminsitration knew it and Steve Miga knew it too as a former employee im not afraid to tell the truth thier is nothing more that they can take from me
