West Penn Township supervisors took the following action on Monday:

• Approved a project proposing a small infiltration trench, and a bond will only be in the range of $2,500. The applicant asks the township to hold the occupancy permit until the infiltration trench is installed.

• Granted conditional approval and adopted a resolution concerning Graver’s Land Development Plan contingent upon Lehigh Engineering LLC, Schuylkill County, township sewage enforcement officer Bill Brior’s comments, and getting approved by the zoning hearing board for their variance for open space.

• Adopted a resolution for the Patrick minor subdivision of annexation plan per the township planning commission’s recommendation.

• Agreed to release the balance of the escrow concerning the Bartasavage property after fees are taken out for Lehigh Engineering’s inspection.
