State police at Hazleton are investigating a theft at a Weatherly area residence.

Troopers said a 28-year-old woman from Lausanne Township, reported packages delivered to her residence by Amazon, were stolen from her front porch. The thefts occurred sometime between Jan. 10 at noon and Jan. 11 at 4 p.m. A fire tablet was taken, as well as other items, valued at $281.
