Thirty-seven area people were arraigned Monday morning in the district attorney's office at the Schuylkill County Courthouse on criminal charges and all entered pleas of not guilty and requested jury trials. They were:

David S. Zellner, 39, of 1520 Penn Drive, Andreas Village, West Penn Township, was charged by Officer Jason Lorah, West Penn Township Police, with two counts each of aggravated assaut, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, recklessly endangering another person and terroristic threats and one count of possession of an instrument of crime. The information filed to court claims he pulled a gun on his neighbors and fired shots placing Jason and Allen Dekorte in fear for their life.Jeffrey Christopher Teter, 36, of 1125 Catawissa Creek Road, Zion Grove, was charged by Trooper Joseph Aponick with dui (driving under the influence) when stopped at intersection of Routes 4033 and 339 in North Union Township.Robert John Frye, 52, of 89 Tamanend Road, Quakake, Rush Township, charged by Trooper Arthur Wink Jr. with dui, failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic and careless driving on Park Place Road, Mahanoy Township.Bryan Dementri, 19, of 87 Church Road, Jim Thorpe, was charged by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Coaldale Police, with dui and driving under the influence as a minor.Stanley Willliam Kieffer, III, 21, of 344 Arlington Street, Tamaqua, was charged by Patrolman Minnick with unauthorized use of a motorcycle owned by his father, driving while his license was suspended, failing to wear protective gear as a rider for his head and eyes and failing to exhibit a driver's license on demand.Kevin Endriga Fort, of 126 West Mine Street, Coaldale, was charged b Patrolman Scott Kramer, Coaldale Police, with dui, operating a vehicle following registration suspension, failing to carry car insurance and failed to give notice of change of address.Mark J. Bischoff, 54, of North Catasauqua, Lehigh County, was charged by Chief Brian Johnson, West Penn Township Police, with simple assault, reckleslsy endangering another person and harassment.Dane David Horvath, 26, of 2 Fourth Street, Kelayres, Kline Township, was charged by Trooper Mario Pompei with criminal mischief to property of VFW Post 6708, South McAdoo and adjoining state liquor store and disorderly conduct.Leroy D. Stevens, 45, of 122 East Ruddle Street, Coaldale, was charged by Sargent Richard Weaver, Tamaqua Police,with dui and failing to drive in proper lane on divided highway.Sloane P. Culbert, 22, of 99 Jones Street, Quakake, Rush Township, was charged by Patrolman Jonathan McHugh, Rush Township Police, with dui.Anthony Pascoe, 23, of 201 East Kline Avenue, Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Charles Blesse, Coaldale Police, with dui, driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while his license was suspended and windshield obstruction by objects hanging from inside rearview mirrow obstructing vision.Patrick Matthew Partington, 22, Saylorsburg, was charged by Patrolman Matthew Bynon, Tamaqua Police, with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, involved in accident with parked car on North Pine Street, careless driving, failing to drive at safe speed and driving while license suspended.Timothy H. O'Brien, 20, of 272 Third Street, Coaldale, was charged by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Coaldale Police, with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license was suspended and failed to dim high beams to oncoming vehicle.David R. Pallavicini, 53, of 537 East Patterson Street, Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Jeffrey Wainwright, Tamaqua Police,with dui and speeding by traveling 44 miles per hour in 25 mpr zone.Lorraine Faye Hoffman, 20, of 32 Main Street, Kaska, Blythe Township, was charged by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Police, with criminal conspiracy, retail theft from Walmart Store and receiving stolen property including two pistols and ammunition.Ethan Christopher Madeira, 19, of 32 Main Street, Kaska, was charged by Patrolman Thompson with criminal conspiracy, retail theft and receiving nine items stolen from the store valued at $164.Michelle A. Putalavage, 33, of 71 Sunny Drive, MaryD, Schuylkill Township, was charged by Patrolman Thompson with receiving a Smooth Away (feminine product) stolen from Walmart Store valued at $9.88.Chase Melvin Rang, 22, of 997 Barnesville Drive, Barnesville, was charged by Trooper James Cuttitta with performing involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a15 year old, statutory sexual assault, corruption of minor, indecent assault, simple assault and harassment.Priscilla Elyse Rang, 23, of 997 Barnesville Drife, Barnesville, was charged by Patrolman George Parnell, Mahanoy City Police, with dui, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and failing to drive on roadway laned for travel.John Leroy Smith, 20, of 25 Valley Street, New Philadelphia, was charged by Patrolman Joseph Welsh, Pottsville Police, with possession of a controlled substance.Michael J. Liptok Jr., 22, of 16 Wiggan Street, New Philadelhia, was charged by Trooper Mark Ruscavage with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.John Potter, 26, of 33 Macomb Street, New Philadelphia, was charged by Sargent Eric Sterner, Minersville Pollice, with two counts of defiant trespass and one count each of criminal mischief to property and diisorderly conduct.Carl Rex, Jr., 34, of 696 Spruce Street, New Ringgold, wa charged by Chief Brian Johnson, West Penn Township Police, with criminal mischief to property of Scores Pub, 1000 Clamtown Road and defiant trespass causing $2,144.90 in damages to front door.Ashley L. Roberts, 24, of 726 Bridge Street, Lehighton, was charged by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Pollice, with criminal conspiracy to steal a television set valued at $447 from Walmart Store.Patrick J. Kelly, Jr., 23, of 139 West Ridge Street, Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Charles Blesse, Coaldale Police, with dui and failing to have working rear lights.Paul Sholtis, 29, of 10 North Kennedy Drive, McAdoo, was charged by Patrolman Jeffrey Wainwright, McAdoo Police,with criminal conspiracy, two counts of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of disordelry conduct and two counts of harassment of Brian Brotzman.Bradley D. Rieker, 18, Quakertown, was charged by Patrolman Charles Bresse, Coaldale Police, with illegally operating a motor vehilce not equiped with an ignition interlock as ordered by a judge and improperly using multi beam lighting equipment.Robert James Macharsky Jr., 36, of 222 West Patterson Street, Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Police, with resisting arrest and giving police a false identification.Brandon Scott Hosier, 26, of 232 Valley Street, New Philadelphia, was charged by Patrolman Maria Aracena, Tamaqua Police, with simple assault and harassment of Tyle McLaughlin and disorderly conduct by engaged in fighting.Keri J. Taschler, 32, of 856 Edgemont Avenue, Palmerton, was charged by Chief Timothy Delaney, Coaldale Police, with theft of a motorcycle, theft of a snow plow, both owned by Lewie Zavitsky, 46 Wet Ruddle Street; two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of unauthorized use of motorcycle.Terrence Lamar Moore, 22, of 338 1/2 West Abbott Street, Lansford, was charged by Patrolman Robert Minnick, Coaldale Police, with dui, driving while license suspended and failing to drive on roadway laned for traffic.Kennith Michael Neifert, 23, of 32 Valley Street, New Philadelphia, was charged by Trooper Scott Grochowski with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Gerald C.
