Tamaqua Police cited the following:

• Pamela Novak, 63, of East Broad Street, Tamaqua, was charged with harassment after threatening a resident of an apartment complex in Tamaqua on Nov. 7. The incident happened at 6:46 p.m. when the victim was attempting to enter the apartment building.

• Krista Lee Connell, 30, of West Broad Street, Tamaqua, was charged with disorderly conduct after she caused a disturbance in the area near her home. She was reportedly using profanity, aimed at a neighbor at 6:53 p.m. on Nov. 8.

• Scott Colt, 22, of New Ringgold, was charged with harassment an incident on Nov. 11. Police were contacted by the victim, who said Colt came up to him at 5:04 p.m., while he was in a parking lot on Center Street. The victim was punched numerous times. Sometime during the altercation a rear view mirror in the victim’s vehicle was broken.
