A Tamaqua driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash Sunday along Mountain Road in Walker Township.

State police at Frackville said Dylan M. Trovitch, 20, was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt westbound and traveling too fast for conditions when his vehicle left the road and went into a cornfield, rolling over multiple times before coming to rest in a upright position.

Trovitch was taken by Tamaqua ambulance to St. Luke’s - Miners Campus in Coaldale, for treatment of a minor injury.

Troopers cited Trovitch for driving a vehicle at a unsafe speed.
