Desiree Renee Miller

, 31, of Weatherly, waived her hearing on charges of driving under the influence and driving without headlights. The charges stem from Dec. 6, 2018, and were filed by McAdoo patrolman William Curilla. She was released on her own recognizance.

Tiffany Hauck

, 25, of Lansford, waived her hearing on charges of making repairs/selling an offensive weapon, illegal possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Coaldale patrolman James Bonner on March 1. She was released on her own recognizance.

Jacob Matthew Youngkin

, 28, of Easton, waived his hearing on charges of fleeing police, obstructing justice, false identification, careless driving, driving with a suspended license, and heavy window tint. Charges were filed by William Curilla on Jan. 31. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bail.

Frank Gallucio III

, 31, of Tamaqua, waived his hearing on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed by Tamaqua patrolman Corey Herring on Feb. 17. He was released on his own recognizance.

Marcus Aaron Castaneda

, 23, of Hazle Township, waived his hearing on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and heavy window tint. Charges were filed by Curilla on Dec. 6, 2018. He was released on his own recognizance.

Wilmer Basilio

, 22, of McAdoo, waived his hearing on charges of reckless burning, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and dangerous burning. Charges were filed by Curilla on March 23. Basillo was returned to the Schuylkill County Prison, unable to post $20,000 percentage bail.

Mary Ellen Koreisl

, 40, of Tamaqua, waived her hearing on charges of possession with an instrument of crime, reckless endangerment and simple assault. Charges were filed by Tamaqua patrolman Frederick Lahovski on Feb. 26. She was released on $25,000 straight bail.

Dennis Walter Helfrich

, 47, of Tamaqua, waived his hearing on charges of possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness by Tamaqua patrolman Anthony Stanell on May 4. He was released on his own recognizance.

Xavier Gomez

, 32, of Hazleton, failed to appear in court. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by McAdoo patrolman Curilla on Feb. 4. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

John Burget

, 41, of McAdoo, failed to appear in court on a bad-check charge. Charges were filed by Lahovski. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

Charges dismissed

Charges were dismissed against Michael C. Westwood, 37, of Lansford, and Pedro Grullon Lora, 39, of Tamaqua.
