Schuylkill County Court - sentencing

Three women received state prison terms, in decision by Schuylkill County Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin Sept. 12.

Ariel S. Stevens

, Coaldale, 22, was sentenced to 18 to 36 months for delivery of a controlled substance, followed by six to 12 months on probation. Stevens had been arrested by Kirk Schwartz of the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office in July, September and October 2018, for a total of six counts of delivery of a controlled substance. She must also pay $400 in fines and costs.

Carly Jo Fairchild

, 25, Pottsville, will serve nine to 24 months. Fairchild was arrested May 21, 2018, by Tamaqua Police officer Thomas Rodgers on charges of criminal conspiracy and criminal use of a communications facility. She must also pay $456.50 in fines and costs.

Kathleen E. Keeth

, 39, Dallas, will serve six to 24 months. Plus pay $300 in fines and costs. Keeth was arrested June 18, 2018, by officer Robert Bethtel, Rush Township Police, on charges of retail theft, receiving stolen property, and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
