Schuylkill County Judge John E. Domalakes revoked probation for two defendants, in decisions July 17 and 22.

Kelsey A. Anderson

, 26, Coaldale, violated conditions of her parole/probation from a sentence from Dec. 18, 2018. Anderson had been arrested by Pottsville Police on theft charges in February 2018 and pleaded guilty to those charges in December 2018. She was sentenced to 13 days to 23 months, with six months on probation. Sentencing on her parole/probation revocation has been deferred, pending her application to drug court.

Thomas A. Tessitore Jr.

, 36, Tamaqua, violated conditions of his probation resulting from a sentence from March 13. Tessitore had been arrested by Tamaqua Police on theft charges in October 2015 and entered a guilty plea in March 2019. He had been sentenced to three to 12 months in county prison, followed by two years on probation. On July 22, Tessitore was resentenced to three to 12 months, with credit for 39 days already served.
