Lori A. Wagoner

, 49, Tamaqua, will serve one to 23 months. Wagoner was arrested on May 1, 2019, by Coaldale Police and charged with possessing a prohibited offensive weapon. She must also pay $450 in fines and costs.

Ricky C. Nelson

, 52, Rodanthe, North Carolina, will serve 72 hours to six months. Nelson was arrested by Rush Township Police on Feb. 18, 2018, for DUI/controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle without a valid inspection. He must also pay $1,827 in fines and costs.

Dominic Chickchilly

, 28, Summit Hill, will serve 15 days to 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested on Aug. 22, 2018, by Tuscarora State Park ranger James Subic. Chickchilly must pay $213 in fines and costs.
