The menu at the Panther Valley Senior Center for the week of July 2-6 is:

Monday: Oven fried chicken, roasted potatoes and green beans or chicken wrap

Tuesday: Yellow squash soup, franks and beans and oven potatoes or vegetable wrap

Wednesday: Center closed in observance of the Fourth of July

Thursday: Pork chop, Mexican rice and corn or meatloaf sandwich

Friday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, cauliflower and peas or Cuban sandwich

The Panther Valley Senior Center has also announced upcoming events for July 2-13.

Scattergories on July 2 at 11 a.m.; Bingo on July 3 starting at 11 a.m.; Center closed on July 4; Horse racing on July 5 at 11 a.m.; Yahtzee on July 6 at 11 a.m.

Bingo on July 9 at 11 a.m.; Nickel-Keeno on July 10 at 11 a.m.; Picnic at the Nesquehoning Fire Company on July 11 starting at 9:30 a.m., sign up at the center; Women’s Pool and Men’s Cards on July 12 at 11 a.m.; Movie & Popcorn on July 13 starting at 10 a.m.
