Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Possession of drug paraphernalia: Joe Smith Jr., 21, New Ringgold, was charged for an incident May 11 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

DUI: Jeffrey Rehrig, 40, Lehighton, was charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, for an incident April 17 on Route 248 west.

Simple assault: Trevor Pelaez, 21, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment, for an incident June 4 in the 200 block of Harvard Avenue.

Disorderly conduct: Nathan Miles, 22, David Gebhard, 19, and a 17-year-old male, all of Palmerton, were charged with disorderly conduct, for an incident May 27 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Underage drinking: Adrian Guzman, 18, was charged for an incident that occurred June 9 on Third Street.

Citations: Police also issued four citations for vehicle violations, three violations for speeding and one for dog violations.
