Palmerton Police Department reported the following incidents:

Drug paraphernalia:

• Shane Perschy, 43, Palmerton, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana, and unlawful possession of a controlled substance, for an incident July 17 on Third Street.

• Matthew Frederick, 25, Palmerton, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident June 7 in the 600 block of Delaware Avenue.

• Michael Kralik, 45, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of DUI, careless driving, and possession of drug paraphernalia, for an incident July 12 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Controlled substance: Amy Frohnheiser, 42, Palmerton, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, for an incident July 12 in the 300 block of Delaware Avenue.

Harassment: Cindy Betancourt, 62, Palmerton, was charged for an incident Aug. 2 in the 100 block of Delaware Avenue.

Citations: Police also filed one citation each for speeding, traffic violation, and vehicle violation.
