The Nesquehoning Ambulance Corp is conducting its 2018-19 subscription drive.

The subscription is for unlimited emergency transports along with paramedic services provided by Lehighton Ambulance Association.

The subscription is for anyone 18 years or older.

Family members under the age of 18 and residing in the same household as the subscriber will be covered for out-of-pocket expenses.

If you live in the borough of Nesquehoning you should have received a subscription pack in the mail.

If you have not received the subscription packet, please contact the Ambulance Station at 570-669-6684 and leave a message.

A subscription is not the same as a donation. With a subscription you are covered for out-of-pocket expenses above what your insurance pays on emergency ambulance transports.

Most insurance copays and deductibles are significantly higher on emergency ambulance transports.

If the subscriber does not have medical insurance coverage, the entire cost of the service will be covered.

The Nesquehoning Ambulance Corp. does not provide interfacility transports or transports home from facilities.

The Nesquehoning Ambulance Corp. is strictly a volunteer organization providing emergency medical services to the community.

With more than 500 calls responded to over the past year and only a handful of volunteers we need the communities help in order for this service to continue.
