Northampton Community College will offer the ServSafe certification training for food service safety from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday at the College’s Easton Education Center, 25 S. Third St., and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 9 and 12 at the Fowler Family Southside Center, 511 E. Third St., Bethlehem.

The certification is compiled by the National Restaurant Association as one of the most complete food safety training courses in the food industry. The course will include purchasing, receiving and storing food according to established sanitation and quality standards.
