On scene, security personnel identified the man as Walsh and said that he fled to his home, also along Osprey Lane.

Officers went to Walsh’s home and were given permission to enter. Walsh was found bleeding heavily in the basement of the residence. Ambulance personnel were summoned and treated him.

While being treated, police identified Walsh as a wanted person, for failing to appear on drug charges. Follow up investigation by police revealed that Walsh had attempted to break into the home of the caller where he was found bleeding on the porch and had burglarized at least three other homes in the development.

A search warrant was also executed on Walsh’s residence and found were stolen items.
