A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a crash at 12:25 p.m. on Nov. 28 along Weir Lake Road in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Wayne E. The Escape then rolled over and came to rest on its right side.

Yerkie was flown to the Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest for treatment of injuries. Troopers added that DUI charges are pending.
