The Board of Directors of Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. declared a regular dividend of 22 cents per share payable Dec. 31 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 3. This action brings the annual dividend rate to 44 cents per share.

Mauch Chunk Trust Financial Corp. is the parent company of the Mauch Chunk Trust Company, a community bank with seven offices in Carbon and Schuylkill County. On Sept. 30 the corporation had total assets of $446.7 million and shareholders’ equity of $35.4 million.
