A Monroe County man is charged with injuring three people with a knife earlier this week.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said the incident was reported at 6:49 p.m. on Monday when officers were dispatched to a fight in Mount Pocono Plaza. While en route a second call was received stating that someone had been stabbed and that the suspect was still armed and swinging the knife around outside a store in the plaza.
Arriving on scene officers were directed to a man standing in front of the Dollar General Store holding a knife. He immediately dropped the knife when ordered by police.
