Mahoning Township Police reported the following theft charges:

• John Justin Pezzeca, 39, of Lehighton has been charged with two felony counts of retail theft. Walmart Asset Protection reported thefts of infant formula on Aug. 19 and Aug. 24.

• Rachel Danielle Kunz, 28, of Lehighton has been charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition (misdemeanor). Police received a report of a cellphone stolen from a bench inside Walmart at 3:42 p.m. Sept. 22, while the owner was trying on shoes. The phone was GPS tracked and recovered at Gypsy Hill Apartments in Lehighton.

• Israel Lozada Jr., 42, of Allentown has been charged with retail theft, and criminal conspiracy-retail theft (misdemeanors) in connection with a retail theft at 1:22 p.m. Aug. 23, at Walmart. Hector Ruben Medina-Pagan, 41, no current address, was also charged in the investigation with retail theft, and criminal conspiracy-retail theft (felonies).
