Class breakfast

Members of the 1967 graduating class of Jim Thorpe Area High School will gather at 10 a.m. Monday for breakfast at the Boulevard Restaurant, Lehighton.

Christmas program

The Sunday school children of St. John’s Lutheran Church, South Avenue, will present their annual Olde Tyme Christmas program at 6:30 p.m. Sunday. Following the program, light refreshments will be served.

Class of 1964

The Jim Thorpe Area High School Class of 1964 will hold its Christmas party luncheon at noon Wednesday at Platz’s Restaurant, Lehighton. Holiday caroling, as well as other holiday specials are planned for this month.

During the business session, plans for the new year will be discussed. This year the group will be sending a donation to the Carbon County Special Olympics for its programs.
