The Nesquehoning Historical Society will be hosting a full day trip to Lancaster on Aug. 1. The bus will leave the CVS parking lot at 7:45 a.m. and return at 8 p.m.

The first stop will be lunch at the Kitchen Kettle Village, followed by a tour of an Amish farm and house and a visit to the “Willow Lane” one-room schoolhouse.

Dinner will be at the “Hometown Kitchen” restaurant. The trip costs $70 per person, which includes dinner and all tips. For more information, call or text Lois Kuba at 570-249-0364.
