A Schuylkill County driver was cited following a one-vehicle crash reported at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 13 along Ringtown Boulevard in Union Township.

State police at Frackville said Sandra L. Kline, 54, of Mahanoy City, was driving a 2013 Jeep Compass eastbound and cresting the top of a hill near the entrance to a windmill farm. While negotiating a right curve, Kline traveled onto the right berm and continued straight across the 135-foot gravel windmill farm entrance. The vehicle traveled over a grassy/rock area for 246 feet before veering back onto the paved road. The right front corner of the Jeep struck and unearthed a guide rail post.

Kline and passengers Carol A. Kline, 78, and a 14-year-old boy, both of Mahanoy City, were all not injured. The vehicle had to be towed.
