A Delaware County teen has been charged with indecent exposure.

State police at Lehighton said the 16-year-old boy exposed himself to another 16-year-old boy from Holmes, Delaware County.

Troopers said the incident occurred on Nov. 2 at 10:45 p.m. at the Blue Ridge Academy - Vision Quest, located on Blue Ridge Road in Saylorsburg, Ross Township, Monroe County.
