Suit for damages

The suit states on Sept. 12, 2018, while the plaintiff was riding his bicycle a dog allegedly owned by the defendant “viciously” attacked him and bit his leg and back, causing injuries detailed in the suit. Negligence is alleged and sought are damages in excess of $50,000.

Loan default
