Crash suit

April M. Palmen, 131 W. Ridge St., Nesquehoning, filed a civil complaint seeking damages against Baron C. Strohl, and Strohl Sanitation Inc., both of 312 E. Sunset Road, Lehighton, over an automobile crash.

The suit states on May 3, 2018, the plaintiff was operating a school bus owned by Kistler Transportation, on S. Fourth St., Lehighton. At the intersection with Iron Street, the plaintiff made a right turn onto Iron Street. After the bus turned onto Iron Street, it was struck by a Chevrolet Silverado pickup driven by the defendant and owned by the defendant firm.

Negligence is alleged for damages and injuries sustained. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000.
