A Crawford County woman was sentenced to a state prison term on Monday after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence charge.

She was one of three to plea to a DUI count before Judge Joseph J. Matika.

Lansford incident

Judy Fetrow, 55, of Cambridge, was sentenced to serve 10 days to two years in a state correctional institution. The state term runs concurrent with a state prison term she is serving which was imposed in Schuylkill County for a parole violation. She has seven months to serve on that sentence, she told the court.

She was arrested on Nov. 5 by Lansford police along Bertsch Street. A test revealed a 0.28 BAC.

She was also ordered to pay a fine of $500, her license was suspended for a year, zero tolerance for drug or alcohol use, render 75 hours of community service when paroled and pay court costs of about $1,000.

Other pleas

Adrian M. Thompson, 24, of Albrightsville, was arrested on April 11, 2015, by Kidder Township police along Route 903. He was previously placed in the county’s Accelerated Rehabilitation Disposition probation program but was revoked for violating conditions. He is currently an inmate in the county prison.

Sentencing was deferred so Thompson can get a drug and alcohol evaluation.

Kerry Scott Fulmer, 47, of Pottsville, was arrested on Oct. 18, 2017, by Lansford police along Bertsch Street. He refused a test.

Sentencing was deferred so he can obtain a drug and alcohol evaluation.
