The Miller-Keystone Blood Center will hold a blood drive in memory of state trooper Joshua D. Miller. The event will be held from noon to 6 p.m. on Wednesday at 2730 Rimrock Drive, Stroudsburg as a way to honor him on his birthday.

He began his journey with the Pennsylvania State Police in 2002 soon after leaving the U.S. Marine Corps, with the rank of corporal.
