A 37-year-old Albrightsville man is facing charges of harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief following an incident at 11:30 p.m. May 25 at the Lynnville Hotel in Lynn Township.

State police at the Fogelsville did not reveal the name of the man, but said he was identified through review of video surveillance footage that provided police his registration plate number.

Police said he and a 54-year-old man from North Wales got into an argument in the parking lot of the hotel, after which time the Albrightsville man chased the victim into the bar before being stopped by customers. Police said he was restrained by patrons from an attempt to pick up a heavy object. The man left the bar area and broke the rearview mirror on the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the scene.
