A Lansford woman is facing various drug counts after she was found asleep in a vehicle with the motor running and a large quantity of drugs.

On Thursday at 8:30 a.m. Mahoning Township police were called to the McDonald's restaurant parking lot on Route 443 for a woman passed out in a vehicle since 4 a.m.

Police found Nicole Kwasniak, 21, asleep behind the wheel. The vehicle's engine was running and she had a half eaten burger hanging off her lap.

Police seized over 38 grams of methamphetamine, empty baggies, and a 100g weight. The methamphetamine has an estimated value of $3,800.

Kwasniak was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, both felonies; and misdemeanor counts possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Unable to post $20,000 bail Kwasniak was taken to the county prison in Nesquehoning.
